My experience in the
convenience store area is extensive.
I have designed and
supervised the construction of 5 convenience store projects from the
ground up.
This has included
business plan, financing requirements, site selection, building design,
equipment selection (including petroleum equipment) and construction oversight. I have
trained the owner, manager and the staff for the opening and profitable
continued operation of these stores.
I have also owned and
operated 3 convenience stores, this experience reinforced my
day-to-day operating skills.
My work experience has
included the management of multi-location convenience store chains and
the accounting responsibilities associated with them.
I am an excellent
motivator, with a focus on customer service and how it affects the
